Atlanta — Buddy Carlyle waited eight years to win his second major league game and got about eight minutes to enjoy it. After pitching seven one-hit innings to beat the Florida Marlins 3-1 Tuesday in the first game of a doubleheader, Carlyle was told by manager Bobby Cox he was being sent back to Class AAA Richmond so the Braves could have an extra pitcher for the second game. That's the way it goes for Carlyle, who has pitched in Japan and Korea and made nine minor league stops since his last stint in the majors with San Diego in 1999.
