Tough day for Cormier, Braves

Chicago — The Braves hoped for a starting-rotation boost from Lance Cormier, but on Sunday the Chicago Cubs were the team happiest to see him back from the disabled list. Cormier gave up eight runs and nine hits and left without recording an out in the fifth inning of a 10-1 loss at Wrigley Field. The Cubs snapped a six-game losing skid and vented some frustration.
