Any thoughts on the Holly Bobo case? They must have some damning evidence to charge with kidnapping as well as murder. Do you think they may have found the body?

Hard to say. Would be awfully hard to keep that quiet if they found the body...they would have to notify the family, in which case someone would undoubtedly leak.

I will say that they have something very damning on hand to make the comments that they did.

I agree with you. It doesn't seem as if it would be very common to charge murder one without a body or weapon? Or kidnapping. Is that accurate? This case is very interesting to me. It was cold for years and now it just explodes.

One would think. They wouldn't charge if they didn't think the DA could get a conviction. Like GWN said though, that would be hard to keep a secret. That town is close knit, and have been devastated for years over this.. Very intriguing.

No doubt. This guy is a methhead from rural backwoods Tennessee. Hernandez is an accomplished talented celebrity. Aside from Hernanadez's finacial situation, (which can dictate his personal legion of All Star attorneys at his whim) social hierarchy will also be in Hernandez's corner.

If they have no body or no weapon then the Bobo Case will be circumstantial as well, I would assume. Of course it is too early to say, and we don't know what they may or may not have. So that is speculation on my part.

Hernandez fate isn't sealed to the Odin murder. His fate is sealed to the shooting of the club goers. They have the weapon used in that case and have tied his vehicle to the scene. If he is charged, that one may stick.

Rumors going around the area. From another site:

Some of this is probably public but maybe not all (so some of it is just rumor right now):

-Zach Adams was in Holly Bobo's mother's 4th grade class.
-Years later, Zach Adams and some other guys started flirting with Holly and her friends and the girls were creeped out. They harassed them when seeing them at restaurants, at gas stations, etc.
-Holly told her mom. Her mom contacted Zach Adams since she taught him when he was younger. Told him that him and his friends were a lot older than the girls and to leave them alone please.
-Supposedly Adams took this as her saying he wasn't good enough (obv this is true tho).
-Zach was stealing anhydrous ammonia from local farmers to help make meth.
-He was supposedly out stealing this stuff when he saw Holly Bobo on her land and confronted her. He didn't like the rejection and took her.
-The very day that Holly Bobo was kidnapped, Zach Adams posted on Facebook "you were nothing but a whore anyway" (no proof who he was referring to but most likely Bobo)
-A few days after her kidnapping he participated in a search party for her. He posted on Facebook while dressed in all camo "Guess who I'm going hunting for?" with a big smile on his face.

-Police have found different body parts of Bobo in more than one place. They do not think Zach Adams is smart enough to do all of this and conceal it all. Maybe someone else.
-A rumor that someone else is cooperating with the police that was part of it all and is snitching on Adams to better his own situation

Horrible stuff. Like I said, some of this is just rumors that I've heard from people that know some of the police officers. This guy should be tortured and killed imo.
