Having major hip flexor/oblique issues. Have had hip flexor issues for a while and I just kinda kept going about life but it’s gotten pretty sharp and started to include the oblique.
I’ve backed off running/workouts and started stretching every day. Maybe improving a little but still struggling.
Got a little cocky..biked 20 mi yesterday morning knowing I had a 14 mi run schedule for today. About 9 mi in my legs started rebelling. Finished 11 but probably overdid it
8.09 in 65 min. Finally a day where I felt good and it showed up on the pacing. My runs have been a major grind. I know lack of hydration and sleep is killing me but ultimately I hope having to grind so hard in training will let me really mash on the gas when I feel good
