My wife and I started going to therapy earlier this year, more so to be proactive to some issues we were having (my family was/has been a trigger for us) and it's been life changing man. I look forward to our sessions and our home life has consistently been the best it's ever been for months...
I know I’m late, but if you’re not sleeping on the weekend, that’s going to play a big part in it. Need 7 or 8 hours every night.

Didn’t get a lift in this morning, but got 115 flights on the stair step in 30 mins. Usually hit around 100 in 30 so I pushed a bit. Hate that thing, but love that thing.
