Davies just isn't consistent enough. We have no idea if Cormier will end up being anything like his '06 self. We've got to do better than a mixture of Davies, Cormier, Carlyle, etc. at the 4 and 5 spots. We just do.

Johnny needs to get on the phone and make us a deal.

Sorry, I'm emotional right now. I hate losing period. But it kills me to see us beat the Mets with regularity only to struggle with the likes of the Nats and Marlins. Ugh.

Ya I agree with you on this one: Mark Buerhle and Matt Morris are the only two guys I can think of b/c we don't have enough to get Dontrell without Salty.
